Better phone coverage, sturdier uploads, Month / All toggle
Skip traces now make an extra attempt to find a phone number for rows that would otherwise come back empty, the home dashboard can switch between this month and all time, and two upload issues that could stop a trace before it started are fixed.
Skip Tracing
- Rows that come back without any phone number now get a second lookup before your results file is assembled, so more of your list ends up with a working number.
Dashboard
- Records Traced and Total Jobs on the home dashboard now have a Month / All toggle. Your choice is remembered per card, and the all-time numbers now count every job instead of only your most recent ones.
Account
- Signup now asks for your first and last name, and after your first purchase we ask how you heard about us. Existing accounts without a name are prompted once on their next visit.
Fixes
- Spreadsheets with unnamed or duplicate column headers no longer crash the traces page when you pick a file. Unnamed columns show up as “Column 3” and so on in the column mapper.
- File names with special characters (such as an en dash) no longer fail at the Start Trace step.
