Getting Started & Pricing

Acquired Data is a data platform for real estate investors. You upload (or build) lists of property owners, and we return verified contact information — phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses — plus tools for finding cash buyers, pulling property lists, and staying compliant when you reach out. Everything runs on a simple credit system, in the dashboard or through the API.

Credits are the platform currency — every trace, property pull, and buyer search costs a set number of credits per record, shown before you confirm. You hold two buckets: monthly plan credits that refresh each billing cycle, and purchased credits that never expire. Monthly credits are spent first, so purchased credits are never wasted.

Buy one-time credits if your volume is irregular — they never expire and the per-credit rate improves at larger quantities. Choose a monthly plan if you trace steadily every month; plans carry the lowest effective per-credit rates. You can mix both: run a plan for your baseline and top up one-time in heavy months.

No. One-time purchases start at 10,000 credits and go up in 1,000-credit steps — 10,000, 11,000, 12,000, and so on, up to 1,000,000 per checkout. The whole purchase is priced at the volume tier its quantity lands in (10,000–49,999, 50,000–74,999, 75,000–99,999, or 100,000+), and the exact total is shown before you pay.

It depends on the product. Buyer searches and property pulls hold credits up front and automatically refund the difference if fewer results come back than you asked for, and a single-address enrichment through the API is fully refunded when there's no match. Bulk skip-trace jobs work differently: you're charged per traceable row you submit, and rows that don't match aren't refunded — though jobs that fail outright are refunded in full, automatically.

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel from the Billing page and your plan stays active — credits included — until the end of the period you already paid for. You can reactivate just as easily.

Skip Tracing

Open Traces in the dashboard and follow the four-step wizard: upload your CSV, confirm the column mapping (we auto-detect most headers), pick any premium add-ons and your output columns, then review the cost and start the trace. Small lists finish while you watch; big lists run in the background with a live progress bar. When it's done, download your enriched CSV from Recent Jobs.

At minimum: an owner name, a property address, and a state. City, ZIP, mailing address, county, and APN all help match quality if you have them. Exports from Propwire, PropStream, and similar tools work as-is — the wizard recognizes their headers automatically.

Lists up to about a thousand rows typically complete in the time it takes to watch the progress bar; larger lists run in the background and you're free to leave the page. Each account runs one trace at a time — submit the next one when the current job finishes.

Yes — the Single Trace tab on the Traces page takes one owner name and property address and returns contact details inline in seconds. It costs 2 credits (6 for an LLC or trust).

Yes. With the LLC & Trust add-on, entity-owned rows are resolved to the actual people behind the entity — the decision-makers — instead of returning nothing. Entity rows bill at their own flat rate in place of the base trace price.

Per-row add-ons include DNC/TCPA flagging, litigator flagging, phone verification, tested emails, a deceased flag (free), family/relative contacts, LLC & trust resolution, and a discounted Data Verification bundle that combines DNC, tested emails, and phone verification. Each adds a fraction of a credit per row and unlocks extra output columns; exact prices for your account are shown in the wizard before you run anything.

We advertise a 98% match rate, and phone and email quality can be pushed further with the verification add-ons — phone verification confirms numbers against carrier data and tested emails validates deliverability before you ever dial or send.

Buyer & Property Data

Open Buyer Search, enter your subject property address, choose buyer types (flippers, landlords, or both), set a search radius and how recently they must have bought, and pick how many profiles you want. You get back investors with recent purchase activity nearby, including portfolio counts and contact information.

Yes — build lists by location, investor quicklists (absentee owner, high equity, preforeclosure, vacant, cash buyer, and more), and property attributes like beds, baths, and value. Base records include the address, owner and mailing info, property details, and quicklist flags, with valuation and lien data available as paid extras. Pulls are fully available through the API, and the in-dashboard builder is rolling out.

You're automatically refunded the difference. Buyer searches and property pulls place a credit hold for the amount you requested and release credits for anything that wasn't delivered — no support ticket needed.

API & Integrations

Yes — the REST API is live. It covers everything: single traces, bulk jobs up to 10,000 rows, DNC scrubbing, property pulls, single-address enrichment, buyer search, pricing, and account info, with signed webhooks for job completion. There's also a full reference inside the dashboard under API Docs.

Go to Dashboard → Webhooks and create a key in the API Keys card. Keys look like ad_live_… and are shown once at creation, so store yours somewhere safe. Send it as a Bearer token in the Authorization header; keys are rate-limited to 60 requests per minute.

Yes. Accounts can run in sandbox mode, where every endpoint returns realistic sample data and nothing is billed — ideal for building your integration before going live. API responses include an environment field so your code always knows which mode it's in.

Yes, two ways: set an account-level webhook on the Webhooks page that fires for every finished bulk job (including ones started in the dashboard), or pass a callback_url when creating a job through the API. Deliveries are signed with an HMAC signature header so you can verify authenticity, and failed deliveries can be replayed.

Yes. The webhook payload is flat JSON specifically so it maps cleanly onto GoHighLevel's inbound webhook trigger — point your GHL workflow's webhook URL at Acquired Data, send a test payload, and map the fields. Traced results then flow straight into your pipelines.

Yes — POST the CSV file to the bulk jobs endpoint exactly as exported. Headers are matched leniently (case and punctuation don't matter), so standard Propwire and PropStream columns are recognized without any reformatting.

Account, Support & Affiliates

Profile details live under Dashboard → Account. For password changes we email you a secure verification link (valid for one hour) rather than asking for the old password in-app.

If you sign in from a new IP address or haven't logged in for 30 days, we email a one-time code as a security step-up. Enter it once and you're back in — it protects your account and credit balance from stolen passwords.

Open a ticket from Dashboard → Support with a short subject and a description of the issue — include the job name and rough time if it's about a specific trace. You can track every ticket's status there, from Open through Resolved.

Yes — and every account is automatically in it. Your referral link is live from signup (grab it from the Refer a friend button in the dashboard header, or Dashboard → Account → Referrals) and you earn a percentage of every purchase your referrals make, for life. Commissions accrue in cash (not credits) and pay out via Zelle, PayPal, or wire.

White-Label Partners

The entire Acquired Data platform — skip tracing, property data, the API, billing — running under YOUR brand, on your own domain, at prices you set. Your customers sign up on your site and pay you; the difference between your retail prices and your wholesale rate is your margin. We run the infrastructure; you own the customer relationship.

From Dashboard → Account → Referrals, use the White-Label Partner Program card: pick a subdomain, enter your company name and expected volume, and submit. Our team is notified immediately and your storefront goes live the moment you're approved.

No. New partner storefronts start in platform-settled mode: your customers pay on our Stripe at your prices, credits arrive instantly, and your share of each sale accrues to a payout balance we settle by bank transfer. Link your own Stripe account whenever you're ready — charges then land directly in your account and subscriptions unlock for your customers.

Yes. Request the domain from your partner portal (White Label Admin → Overview), add one CNAME record at your DNS provider, and our team — notified automatically when you submit — activates it. SSL is issued automatically, and your subdomain keeps working during and after the switch.

Credit-tier rates and subscription plan prices are set in your partner portal and apply to customers who sign up after the change. Your wholesale rate is the floor: prices below your wholesale cost are rejected — that would sell at a loss — and the editor recommends at least 20% above wholesale.

With your own Stripe linked, immediately — each charge lands in your Stripe account with our wholesale cut already taken as an application fee, and Stripe pays out on your normal schedule. Before linking, your share accrues per sale and becomes payable 30 days after each sale (the card-refund window); our team settles the available balance by bank transfer.
